Skydock Systems is the manufacturer and integrator of the SkyDock DockOne drone docking system.
The founders, Wikus Combrinck and Roelf Diedericks identified automated drone solutions as a unicorn market and started designing the DockOne drone station in January 2022.
Following a rapid prototyping and manufacturing phase, DockOne was launched in January 2023.
SkyDock Systems is a division of ByteHeavy Industries (Pty) Ltd, a South African based software and robotics engineering firm.
